Order Cancellations

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement if the issue is verified.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
